A slection of my scrimshaw and bone carvings from over the years.

 

Sea creatures certainly had an influence on my work and also the symbology of the whales tail being good luck for seafarers.

 This was the 2nd of 3 fids i have made and by now I was highly influenced  by Fifes dragons and the technique of scrimshaw.

 Above is Moonbeam IV's Dragon and below is the unofficial dragon i designed for Mariquita who was commisioned without a dragon.

 I carve pendants, Hair pins, bracelets and inlay with shell and wood or silver.
